The goal of our Project Managers is
to provide our customers, architects and users with the
highest quality products and services available.
Our Project Management staff has almost 70 years of
combined experience working with casework/millwork,
fabrication and installation, which positions them to
anticipate problem areas before they appear. Their
preemptive ability allows Drennan to avert costly mistakes
and delays from the receipt of a contract through to close
out of our projects.
Responsibilities of Project Management include:
• Direct all phases of the submittal process,
including working with the architect and general contractor
and owners to insure verification and adherence of
architectural specifications and drawings through all
phases of a project.
• Working with all effected trades and suppliers.
• Oversee our portion of proposal requests and change
orders to insure they are handled efficiently.
• Oversee shipments to insure expedient and timely
deliveries.
• Management of manufacturers quality and delivery
schedules.
• Selection and supervision of installation by
certified, trained, and experienced installation craftsmen.
• Handling of any warranty claims are honored in a
quick and resolute manner.
